Job Description
M-CO is seeking a motivated junior project manager to join our multidisciplinary team. The right candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience. We would like to hear from you if you are interested in project management or sustainable travel.
The role is to work with an on-site and in-house M-CO team for a client specialising in a behaviour change programme promoting active and sustainable travel. The programme involves promoting public transport and active travel to workplaces and campuses across Ireland.
The role will involve working with a Senior team member across various aspects of the programme including campaigns and partner engagement. This role will start full-time in office, with hybrid working available after a period.

| Hours: | Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) |

| Salary: | €30k-€35k, depending on experience |

Key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of a national behavioural change programme
s. - Provide administrative support for all activities related to the client’s programme.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of programme activities
- Administrative and secretarial duties.
- Planning and organising internal and external meetings and events.
- Issue clear, detailed, and well-structured communications to programme partners.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with partners, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to procurement processes.
- Other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum NFQ Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
- Ideally 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or communications role but we welcome and will consider those with some experience in early career;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability in report writing;
- Proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- A formal qualification in communications, administration, business or similar;
- Some experience in project management, including task planning and workload management.
