We’re delighted to announce that M-CO has been appointed to provide strategy development advisory and support services to Teagasc for the development of their Statement of Strategy 2025-2028.
This exciting collaboration will see our multidisciplinary team bringing our strategic design expertise to one of Ireland’s most vital sectors. We’ll be working alongside Teagasc leadership to shape the process and key inputs that will define their strategic direction.
Our advisory role will range from synthesising complex situational analyses and gathering rich stakeholder insights through interviews, to facilitating workshops with Teagasc leadership that will shape their vision and strategic themes.
