We’re proud to be at the forefront of progressive organisations as we sit well above the national average of only 37% female leaders in the workplace.
At M-CO, our team is made up of over 70% women, of which 47% represents females in leadership roles, including both female Directors and Associate Directors.
We are equally proud of our male colleagues and friends who provide the support and encouragement necessary to allow our organisation to be the equal, diverse and inclusive environment that it is.
