M‑CO worked with Trinity College Dublin providing programme management and strategic advice to support a proposed one-billion-euro project to develop a globally competitive innovation campus for the college on Grand Canal Quay.
Developing and delivering a robust programme management structure for the project, we then supported this through input on and management of key deliverables and activities; including business planning, site assembly and planning, master planning, user requirements, development feasibility studies and early activation. We provided direct support to the core project team, managing individual deliverables and continuously reviewing the strategic aims of the project to ensure that all work and output delivered on the overall aim and vision of the project. We critically reviewed reports and documentation from external consultants on behalf of the client against our in-depth understanding of the needs and direction of the project.
